Pediatric Dentistry

Pediatric dentists provide preventive and dental care for children from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs.

Did you know that your child should see a dentist when their first tooth erupts, or no later than their first birthday?

Since every child is different, pediatric dentists have a wide range of approaches to help a child complete treatment. They work with general dentists and pediatricians, who may refer patients who need specialized care.

Services Include

  • Preventive measures and sealants to protect against cavities and decay
  • Restoration of primary and young permanent teeth using crowns and fillings
  • Management of bone and gum diseases, and traumatic injuries
  • Space maintainers and minor tooth movement appliances
  • GRAYSON, a certified rehabilitative facility dog from paws4people, can help soothe stressed or anxious patients
